Level 2 is about a girl named Felicia who died the day before turning 18. She has been stuck in a plain afterlife, looking at memories of her life in chambers. Everything changes when her best friend, Beckah starts wailing about how she's dying. Felicia looks into Beckah's chamber, but when she returns, Beckah's gone and nobody else seems to remember anything about what just happened. She learns that God's Angles are unhappy with their conditions and are keeping everyone from going to heaven. Felicia has two choices: go off on her own and look for her boyfriend Neil,with dangerous creatures and fumes on the loose; or join the rebels and learn to move on.
This book is unlike any other. It is full of her memories on Earth, which explains her twisted and scarred life.You keep wondering along with Felicia if there is more to the afterlife than staring at memories for eternity.
